The Insights Discovery Journey

Insights Discovery is an experience that changes the game for teams, leaders and organisations.

Each unique personal report is written in a relatable and meaningful way that immediately increases self-awareness, helps people understand the impact their behaviour has on others, and describes how they can best manage relationships that might previously have been challenging.

Alongside the Insights Discovery personal profile sits a simple, easy to understand and memorable four-colour-energy model. This model helps demystify elements of behavioural psychology and gives participants an understanding of the characteristics that are associated with four noticeable personality types.

Step 1

We agree outcomes for the session in addition to the Insights Discovery outcomes - understand Self & Others - Adapt & Connect

Step 2

Each Participant receives a link to the Insights Discovery online evaluator. This consists of 25 questions and takes around 20-25 minutes for them to complete. We process

Step 3

Each participant attends their Insights Discovery workshop which explores their Insights Discovery profile and through group exercises, raises self-awareness, helps understand behaviours and how they can be adapted to connect at a more effective level.

Step 4

The participants can then use their learning in the 'real world' to enhance communication, teamworking and performance.

Step 5

Follow-up sessions to keep Insights Discovery alive, Insights Full Circle and Insights Transformational Leadership are then available.

Key Chapters

Your Insights Discovery personal profile is created through an online evaluator with 25 questions and starts with the Foundation and Management chapters.

These chapters describe your personal style, strengths, weaknesses, value to the team, communication style, potential blind spots, opposite type, suggestions for development, how you like to be managed and how you are likely to manage others.

The Insights Discovery personal profile doesn’t just stop there and many clients also benefit from understanding more from the following chapters:

Selling

The Effective Selling chapter helps a Participant understand their strengths and how their behavioural style can be adapted to effectively manage key client relationships.

 

Interview

The Interview chapter offers the Participant some questions that are designed to uncover thinking, strategies and behaviours the Participant uses to overcome areas they may find more challenging. This chapter can be used to assist career progression too.

Insights Discovery Team Wheel

When a whole team complete their profiles, we can create a snapshot of the whole team’s behavioural preferences in one place. This really helps to identify the team’s strengths, weaknesses, potential gaps, and the communication needs of everyone in the team. It can also give us clues to the team’s culture, and where challenging or beneficial relationships may occur.

Insights Discovery Colour Energies

Along with the narrative, every Insights Discovery profile has a graphical representation of the participant’s behavioural style and how they may already be adapting their style by dialling up or down different colour energies.

Insights Discovery creates a shared platform of awareness and language allowing individuals, teams & organisations to improve communication, teamworking and performance.

It also can contribute to an inclusive workplace culture, especially when accompanied by coaching, team building and leadership development.
