Remaining calm and confident seems to come naturally for some people but, if that’s not you, what can you do to look confident and in control? When attending meetings, delivering a presentation or speaking to someone in authority, how do you ‘hold your own’ and come across as you want to?
Being assertive by holding your ground, saying no, and having difficult conversations is something that can be uncomfortable for some people.
