Steve is an accredited Performance Coach, Consultant and Leadership Trainer with key skills in behavioural change. His current clients include Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office, Home Office, Nissan Motors GB, Docklands Light Railway and corporate finance businesses. Previous clients include Premier League Football Clubs, Local Authorities, transport and construction companies. 

Steve worked at UK and Governmental level as contributor to the DCMS Coaching Steering Board, UK Coaching Standards Group, Sportsleaders UK National Advisory Panel, and sports coach UK Coach Licensing Group. 

Whilst Steve was working with Volkswagen Retailers, setting and meeting fleet performance targets. 2015 saw a 21% increase in true fleet sales with a 28% increase in 2016.
