Nic Brocklebank

Senior Consultant

He/Him

Nic is an insightful and challenging coach with over 24 years of experience who enables leaders and teams to significantly improve levels of performance. He achieves this through perceptive facilitation, gaining a clear understanding of what makes the organisation tick and working with people’s strengths and development areas.

His sports science degree provided a foundational understanding of how the mind and body go through change. A Masters degree in Human Resources expanded this to an organisation level. As a result, Nic’s approach brings together psychology and physiology and practicality to make a difference.

Nic has worked individually as an external coach, facilitator and trainer; as part of an in-house team of organisation development business partners; and as team manager in a health club. More recently he’s been a part of the performance consultancy, Lane4, and runs his own coaching business.  Nic is an accredited  Insights Discovery Practitioner (since 1999), business coaching (EMCC and Middlesex University with over 500hrs) and sports coaching (rugby and skiing), and he applies this knowledge in a variety of fields and industries for both individuals and teams.

Client coaching work and consulting project examples include:-

  • Coaching leadership transitions with newly appointed senior and C-suite leaders (Sales, Technology, HR, Finance and Operations)
  • Coaching specific development areas eg people management with a law firm partner, coaching skills with a general manager, strategic thinking with C/Supt in the MET, transitions with a senior Sales Manager
