Award-Winning Onboarding: Designed an onboarding program that won the Princess Royal Training Award for excellence in 2021.

Outside of work, Michelle is a dedicated yoga teacher, which helps her maintain balance and flexibility in all aspects of life. She is a proud mother of a 15-year-old son, who keeps Michelle on her toes and reinforces the importance of curiosity and resilience. Additionally, Michelle serves as Chair of Governors at a local school, where she champions education and development for the next generation.
