Louise has an extensive background in recruitment and has worked with major global organisations, including BT and Merlin Entertainments.  She has experience of working in a number of sectors, including Finance, Insurance and Healthcare.

Having left the corporate world to persue her passion of coaching, she now offers a range of services that meet the client’s business objectives. Louise works with individuals as well as delivering powerful team workshops, resulting in higher performing teams with a greater connection.  In short, to build the people, who build the business, who deliver the results!

Whilst Louise uses traditional coaching methods, she has the unique ability to see people for who they truly are and recognises their full potential as an individual.   Louise uses a number of tools and techniques which encourage individuals to step into their vision as a leader and deliver the result that inspire them and ultimately, benefit the business as a whole.

Louise trained with The Coaching Academy and is an NLP Master Practitioner, she is also accredited in Clarity4D, DISC and Motivational Maps.
