Hayley is a performance coach and specialises in health, mindfulness and well-being, with over 18 years experience working in sports performance, health, and rehabilitation. Graduating with First Class Honours in Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Hayley has worked in various fields of physical fitness including management within a nationwide fitness chains
She has an international reputation in elite sports and has worked with RFU England, the All Blacks, Springboks and the Wallabies. More recently Hayley focused on the rehabilitation of injured military personnel, working for the Defence Medical & Rehabilitation Centre Headley Court and then the charity Help for Heroes.
Hayley utilises her excellent interpersonal skills and leadership to help people grow and develop by empowering, educating, inspiring and giving individuals the tools to “do life better.”
She also draws on her skills as yoga, mindful and meditation teacher to empower clients to fully engage in what is important to them and increase their productivity while reducing their levels of stress and increasing their resilience in challenging environments which she believes is essential for thriving in the workplace rather than just “surviving” the grind.
Hayley is a big believer in squeezing every drop of fun out of life, including adrenaline fuelled challenges, adventure racing, open water swimming, dancing (like no one is looking) and anything which makes her feel alive and kicking.
She has completed three full Ironman triathlons.
