A facilitator, trainer and performance coach, Colette has over 17 years professional experience, initially as an officer with the Royal Engineers and later as a Training Manager for a leadership consultancy firm in the Middle East. Colette has worked in the UK with multi-°©‐national companies across a diverse range of industries such as the armed forces, construction, oil and gas, housing industry, higher education and local government as well as learning and development roles in the Middle East.
Primary Expertise Colette has gained experience working with a rich and diverse client base at home and abroad. Facilitating and delivering realistic, interactive and tangible learning and development solutions in areas such as leadership and management, soft skills development, team development and performance coaching.
Qualifications: Colette holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Portsmouth University (Merit), a Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Level 7 Award in HR (Design, delivering and evaluating L&D) from the CIPD. Colette is also TTT qualified, an SDi Facilitator, an NLP Practitioner and is a member of the ILM.
