With over twenty years of experience, Ciara has developed a diverse skill set encompassing leadership, people development, recruitment, training, sales, consultancy, coaching and mentoring. Her professional journey has taken her across national, international and global contexts, including an 18-year tenure in the Caribbean. Ciara’s extensive knowledge is rooted working with clients from a variety of industries, including FTSE 500 and FTSE 100 companies, renowned international financial services and law firms, engineering and hospitality clients; SMEs; not-for-profit and charitable organisations. She has sat on numerous boards, consulted and advised on cultural intelligence, leadership development and supported clients through significant organisational change. 

With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Ciara excels as an energetic motivator and problem solver, consistently driving business success and developing strategies that align with a company’s vision and values.

Ciara’s passion lies in working with Insights Discovery to maximise collaboration, communication, performance and growth for individuals, teams and organisations. As a highly engaging facilitator, she specialises in designing and delivering highly impactful and energising learning and development experiences. Her proficiency extends to keynote speaking engagements, with most recent appearances throughout the UK throughout Europe.

Ciara is passionate about all things health, fitness and wellbeing. She is an active part of her local gym community and you will find her in the front row of the 6:30am class most mornings. She is also a certified spin instructor.

Ciara is a lifelong learner and undertakes regular CPD activities. She is a Committee Member of CIPD Gloucestershire Branch, a CIPD Forum Member, an Enterprise Advisor and a member of the PTA in her children’s school.

At the weekends, you will find her spending time with her young family and crazy dog in the outdoors.
