Building on the previous 3 modules, how do we get our leadership messages to our people in an effective way?

We explore the nature of communication and how to maximise the impact of the message depending on the audience. From using a dictatorial approach through to using a coaching style, what impact do you have on others?  Delivering effective feedback to improve performance is also a skill that we develop to have a greater impact on those around us.
