There are no words really needed to feel the pain and sorrow of the world this week. As with anything, life does go on and there are things to do, put right, improve and fix. Areas that need attention, problems that need solving and the world keeps spinning!
I know the loss of the Queen is having a massive impact on many people, I shed a tear myself, and I joined the millions of people, that knew the Queen as the only Monarch since they have lived, in sadness.
We woke up this morning and the sun was rising, the birds were singing and the kettle was filled and put on to boil. We have to dust ourselves off, prepare for the future and move forwards. The funeral will make a ‘mark in the sand’ and is an indicator that we need to embrace the future and our new King.
I hope and pray that Charles remains outspoken, kicks some backsides and shakes some egos – but let’s not get political on a beautiful Monday morning.
