The GetReal Programme is a performance related programme investing in and concentrating on the health and well being of individuals whilst investigating the psychological reasons behind successful people. The focus is on the psychology of success in terms of mindset and behaviour towards lifestyle, health and well being.
The aim of this programme is to identify physical, mental and behavioural barriers to performance in the work place. It focuses mainly on personal performance that can be enhanced through adopting a healthier lifestyle. This modular programme encourages education through discussion and application of proven systems thus allowing delegates to understand how and why to make small changes in their current lifestyle choices.
Benefits to the organisation
In recent studies results have emerged that people who have a healthy lifestyle feel more energised, experience reduced bouts of illness and perform at higher levels for longer periods of time without fatigue or loss of concentration. Benefits that could be experienced are; improved production, reduced sickness and absenteeism whilst improving staff retention through creating an energised valued workforce.
