About Potential Plus

Vision

Potential Plus has a vision to impact everyone that attends our programmes through “Developing Winning Attitudes”.  We believe that with a positive outlook people can and will achieve more in life.

Execution of our goal

By weaving ‘performance  psychology’ throughout our programmes we ensure delegates reinforce key messages and continue to demonstrate long term behavioural changes in the work  place. Using a modular approach, we keep the material ‘alive’ and current,  which encourages delegates to take ownership and hold others accountable to  remain positive.

Darren and Mark own and manage Potential Plus and work, in association, with other industry experts to offer a wide portfolio of programmes. Whilst Darren and Mark still deliver certain programmes we believe that we can’t do everything, therefore, we use Associate Consultants that are passionate about their subject and love sharing their knowledge. See below for Personal Profiles for Darren, Mark, Julie and our Associate Consultants.
